About Our Medical Director

Dr. Jack Bartoszek has served as our center’s Medical Director since 2008. Dr. Bartoszek graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois and completed his residency from Michiana Community Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. He is Board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics.

Dr. Bartoszek is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and Indiana Osteopathic Association.
